Refund policy

Visit onwardreserve.us/returns to initiate a return and you will be emailed a prepaid return label.

We'd also be happy to initiate a return or exchange for you. A team member from our Atlanta  office can be reached at (888) 543-5022 or [email protected]. We're available 10am-6pm EST Monday-Friday.

Items should be returned new, unworn and with all original tags and labels still attached.  In addition, shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the above specified conditions.  Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
